How do I reach support?
The best way to reach support is to email address support@only-grams.de oder using the chat function in the store. Office hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. We will try to respond as quickly as possible.
Where can I find my order?
You can find your orders in your account.You can access your account via the menu bar. To view your orders, you must be logged in.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please send us an email to support@only-grams.dewith the order number and order.
Are international orders also accepted?
We also sell and ship abroad. If you have any problems with check-out, shipping or payment, please do not hesitate to contact us. support@only-grams.de
